Bringing with him more than 10 years of experience including performances and training with the Big Apple Circus’ Clown Care Unit, Jim Nieb is JIMMIE THE CLOWN. Come along as Jimmie invites your family on a trip through his wacky world which includes music and magic, a jot of juggling and lots of laughs.

First, Jimmie introduces his box of toys. Watch and discover as we find out what’s inside. You’ll chuckle with amazement as he makes eggs appear, attempts to get his toy horse to stand-up straight and plays a fun game of catch with one member of the audience.

Jimmie invites you to become a part of the show as he gets volunteers up to act as his magic assistants. Later he teaches a couple of you to juggle as the “Clown Sergeant” makes his appearance.

JIMMIE THE CLOWN has performed everywhere from the White House Easter Egg Roll to various children’s hospitals across Paris, France. He’s been a featured performer for the National Theatre’s Saturday Morning at the National program more than once as well as performing with Circus Millennia.  Jimmie has also performed for the Smithsonian Institute in addition to enjoying wonderful responses whenever performing his show for various school, library and mall programs such as with Westfield Shopping Centers.

For the last few years Jimmie has been invited again and again to perform his show for the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission’s Summer Program where he has received a great deal of appreciation from the kids and councilors alike.
